Our agents receive qualified leads – People expect you to call and provide them the insurance needs they are looking for. When you start as an agent for us we will help get you started by providing an Agency match of $250 towards your second lead order when you have placed at least $1500 in AP during your first 30 days. During your second month and thereafter when you place $6000 in buisness by the end of the third week, you will receive a $150 lead bonus. You can use the lead money to buy any type of lead we offer. We have our own in house lead system and provide leads to our agents at cost. These leads have never been sold and are generated exclusively for you in your area. Agent CRM DatabaseThe Agent CRM Database is a wonderful tool to keep track of all your business as well as an integral part to our back office support. This database is Internet driven and can be accessed from anywhere including your smart-phone. You will be able to analyze every part of your book of business from – all your client information, which lead campaigns produced the highest sales, which areas gave you the best sales results, cross-selling your clients, and much more. This is currently a voluntary stand alone database system with no contracts to sign up for and can be cancelled at any time. The cost is only $29.99 monthly when you are contracted with Schneider & Tearmann Group; unless your production reaches $7500 in placed business per month, at which point we’ll pick up the cost – your cost for the Agent CRM Database will be free. |

| If you’re an independent licensed agent that has been licensed for at least one year, then you may be an eligible franchisee candidate for the Business Owners Selling System. You must currently have or acquire adequate Errors & Omissions insurance to be eligible. If you have been reported to Vector One and have any outstanding unpaid debts to any insurance company or open credit account, you will not be an eligible candidate. You would at minimum need to have a good working knowledge of permanent life insurance and you must contract with at least two of our primary life insurance providers. | ||
